We collect the details you provide at checkout, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, delivery selection, and order details. We also receive payment status and transaction references from HitPay, but we do not receive or store your full card or digital-wallet payment details.
How we use it
We use personal data to process payment, prepare and deliver your order, communicate with you about it, respond to questions, prevent misuse, meet legal and accounting obligations, and improve our products and website.
Analytics and cookies
We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand website performance and how visitors use the site. PostHog may use cookies or similar storage and may provide masked session replay; checkout form inputs are masked from replay. You can restrict cookies through your browser, although parts of the site may not work as intended.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only when reasonably necessary with service providers that help us take payments, host and analyse the website, communicate with customers, and fulfil deliveries. These include HitPay, Vercel, and PostHog. We may also disclose information when required by law. Some providers may process data outside Singapore; we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection.
How long we keep it
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including customer support, record-keeping, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where practical.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask a privacy question. Withdrawal does not affect uses already permitted by law and may prevent us from providing services that require the relevant information.
