How does gelato delivery work?

Every pint is packed in insulated thermal packaging with ice packs and delivered in a dedicated window—never left in a locker. Keep pints at -18°C. We deliver islandwide, free from 3 pints ($10 for 1–2 pints).

Can I change my delivery slot?

Yes. DM us on Instagram @birbgelato or email hello@birbgelato.com at least 12 hours before your allocated delivery window and we'll move you to another available date. Change requests inside 12 hours can't be guaranteed—our routes are locked by then.

Question 4

What happens if my delivery fails?

If a delivery fails (wrong or unreachable address, nobody home and no safe drop-off point), we'll email you to arrange a new slot. Redelivery costs $10, so please double-check your address and unit number before paying.

How do bundle prices work?

Add any flavours—even repeats. We automatically apply $20 singles, the $55 3-pint box, or the $90 5-pint box in the combination that gives you the best price.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayNow, and credit or debit cards. Payments are securely processed by HitPay.

Where can I buy gelato in Singapore?

Birb Gelato is a small-batch gelato studio delivering islandwide every Wednesday (6–10pm) and Saturday (9am–1pm). Order direct on birbgelato.com or via GrabFood. Free delivery on 3-pint boxes and above.

Do your flavours change with the seasons?

Yes. We rotate our flavours every season, and older flavours may never come back. If you find a favourite in the current drop, enjoy it while it is available.

Do you have dairy-free options?

Yes—every season includes dairy-free sorbets made with real fruit, no milk and no milk substitutes. They're churned on the same small-batch line and rotate with the seasons.

Is Birb Gelato halal?

We're not halal-certified, but no Birb flavour contains alcohol, pork or lard. Our bases are milk, cream, fruit, sugar and natural flavourings.

How long does gelato last?

Stored at -18°C, our pints keep their texture for weeks. For the best scoop, let the pint sit 5–10 minutes at room temperature before serving.

Every flavour is developed in-house with a focus on texture—crisp inclusions, ribbons, and roasted depth. Runs are limited and seasonal: when a flavour's gone, it's gone. Small batches, churned in Singapore, with zero boring bites.
